Attention Nebraska Appraisers
For every appraiser credentialed within the State of Nebraska, the Appraiser Listing link utilizes information from the business information requested on the annual renewal form. If in the past no business information was provided, this area is currently blank and the appraiser name may not appear in the Appraiser Listing section of the database. As we receive the renewal applications, the database is being populated with all of the information provided by you. It is imperative that you provide us with business information on the renewal form if you wish to have your name appear on the Appraiser Listing. Your business information can also be forwarded to the appraiser board office via email or fax for updating into the system. If you do not provide us with current business information, your name may not appear in the Appraiser Listing.
When providing your business information, you should also provide the county name in which your business is located. The database will utilize only one county; multiple counties are not currently supported by the system.

Certified General Real Property Appraiser (CG): The scope of practice for the Certified General Real Property Appraiser shall apply to the appraisal of all types of real property that appraiser is competent to appraise.
Certified Residential Real Property (CR): The scope of practice of a Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser shall be limited to the appraisal of property having one, two, three, or four residential units without regard to transaction value or complexity.
Licensed Residential Real Property Appraiser (L): The scope of practice for a Licensed Residential Real Property Appraiser shall be limited to the appraisal of noncomplex property having one, two, three, or four residential units with a transaction value of less than $1,000,000.00 and complex property having one, two, three, or four residential units with a transaction value of less than $250,000.00.
Registered Real Property Appraiser (R): The scope of practice of a registered real property appraiser shall be limited to the appraisal of noncomplex property having one, two, three, or four residential units having a transaction value of less than two hundred fifty thousand dollars.
Trainee Real Property Appraiser (T): The scope of practice for the Trainee Real Property Appraiser is the appraisal of those properties which the supervising Certified Real Property Appraiser is permitted by his/her current credential and that the supervising appraiser is qualified to appraise.
