LB186

LB186 is legislation introduced in the First Session of the 100th Nebraska Legislature for the purpose of creating consistency throughout the Real Property Appraiser Act and with requirements of the Real Property Appraiser Criteria mandated by the Appraisal Qualifications Board.  The focus of the legislation is purely technical in nature with the exception of one addition. As of January 1, 2008, each level of appraisal credential has a scope of practice to which the appraiser must adhere.
